The course fee is for instruction only and does not cover the cost of art supplies. You may bring your own supplies, or opt to pay a small materials fee on the first day of class if you wish to use the studio's art supplies.

Basics
with Instructor Mr. Khalatyan

All ages 6 through teen are welcome in this basic drawing course. Your instructor, Mr. Khalatyan is experienced in teaching all ages and levels and can tailor the course to meet the student's individual needs and goals.
Very young artists ages 6 to 8 will learn how to build complex images by combining simple geometric shapes such as, circles, triangles and rectangles. Principals of light and shadow, and the basics of the color wheel are introduced using colored pencils.
Kids
ages 9 through teen will have assignments that will inspire and challenge
them to hone their ovservation and rendering skills . Older students
are free to explore more challenging subjects in graphite, charcoal
or pastels.
