Na Pua Melia O' Waikiki means The Beautiful Flowers of Waikiki. The Plumeria are both beautiful to look at, and to smell. The sweet fragrance of these blossoms drifts on the warm tradewinds, and perfumes the air. Plumeria are often seen strung together in the long floral leis which the Hawaiians give as a symbol of Aloha, of love and welcome.

The original pastel painting was sold to a couple from Japan, but I do have this image available as a limited edition print on watercolor paper in two sizes:
