Friday Evenings 7:00 to 10:00
Session A: July 9 to July 30

This class is designed as a gentle ntroduction to life drawing for beginners, but intermediate and advanced students are welcome too.

Students will learn how to draw a likeness quickly, confidently and accurately from direct observation of a living model. Students will learn to use dynamic light and shadow to increase the 3 dimensional appearance of your portrait and figure drawings in charcoal, conte crayon or monochramatic pastel.

Intermediate to advanced students will be free to explore color using pastels, watercolors, oil or acrylic paints to impart more drama, mood and character to your portraits.

To accommmodate your busy summer vacation schedules, you may choose either a 4 week session in July, or 4 weeks in August. You may attend both sessions for a total of 8 lessons and get a $100 off!
